Acer Nitro 5 equipped with the latest AMD Ryzen 5000 series CPU and the highest Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU has been launched in India. The gaming laptop has impressive specs, including an RGB backlit keyboard. It has a high refresh rate display and a sturdy build. Acer Nitro 5 offers multiple settings and single colour options. It comes pre-installed with Windows 10 and you can install stereo speakers and a 720p HD webcam above the screen.
Acer Nitro 5 price in India and availability
The Acer Nitro 5 starts at Rs. 71,990, which will get you AMD Ryzen 5 5600H CPU + 8GB RAM + Nvidia GeForce GTX 1650 GPU. Acer Nitro 5 models with Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU start at Rs. 94,990. The Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 and GeForce GTX 1650 gaming laptops will be available for purchase on Flipkart, the Acer Exclusive Store, and the Acer Online Store starting April 9.
Acer Nitro 5 specifications and features
Acer Nitro 5 comes with Windows 10 Home pre-installed. It has a 15.6-inch IPS Full HD screen (1,920 x 1,080 pixels) with a 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, it’s packed with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600H six-core CPU and even an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 GPU. You can get up to 16GB of DDR4 RAM, which can be upgraded to 32GB using two SODIMMs. For storage, there is a 256GB PCIe Gen 3 NVMe SSD and a 1TB 7200rpm hard drive.
The laptop is equipped with an RGB backlit keyboard with a standard number pad and a multi-touch keyboard. There are stereo speakers on the Acer Nitro 5 and a 720p HD webcam at the top of the screen. For connection, you will get Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, HDMI port, two USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports, one USB Type-C 3.2 Gen 2 port, and one USB 3.2 Gen 2 port with power-off charging support. It is supported by a 57.5 Wh battery, which is said to last 13 hours. In terms of size, the Acer Nitro 5 measures 363x255x23.9mm and weighs 2.4kg.
