The company’s latest high-performance laptop, LG Ultra Gear 17, was launched in the Korean domestic market. LG Ultra Gear 17 is equipped with a 17-inch WQXGA display, which can ensure vivid colors and clear image quality. LG announced in a press release Thursday that the entry-level Intel Core i5 LG Ultra Gear 17 is priced at 2.24 million won (approximately ₹ 140,000), equipped with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of SSD storage. So far, the company has not officially announced the global availability of laptops.

LG Ultra Gear 17 has a 17-inch WQXGA display with a resolution of 2,560×1,600 pixels. Under the hood, it is powered by the 11th Gen Tiger Lake Intel Core processor and the Nvidia GeForce GTX1650i GPU. It is equipped with 8GB DDR4 3200MHz RAM and 512GB M.2 NVMe SSD by default, which can be upgraded.

The notebook is equipped with an 80 W battery and weighs 1.9 kg. Internally, the laptop is cooled by a dual power supply cooling system, which uses two fans. To achieve connectivity, LG Ultra Gear 17 is equipped with three USB 3.1 ports, a USB 4 port that supports USB power supply, an HDMI port, and a DC charging port. Earlier this year, the South Korean company launched Gram 360 laptops with 14- and 16-inch displays in South Korea. It is also compatible with the 11th generation Tiger Lake Intel Core processor and Intel Iris Xe graphics card. It has 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB M.2 NVMe SSD, with an expansion storage slot. It also has a USB 3.1 port and two USB Type-C ports (PD, Thunderbolt 4).
